L\u2019exigence d\u2019adapter les techniques de management aux nouvelles donnes de l\u2019environnement est un principe tant partage\u0301 par les chercheurs en management des organisations. Ce principe nourrit l\u2019e\u0301mergence de nouvelles formes de management :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le management du changement dont les de\u0301marches et approches ont elles-me\u0302mes e\u0301volue\u0301. Il vise a\u0300 accompagner les organisations dans la mise en \u0153uvre de nouvelles strate\u0301gies ou dans l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles valeurs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La re\u0301volution digitale acce\u0301le\u0300re l\u2019obsolescence des anciens mode\u0300les de management. Ne\u0301anmoins, elle offre de nombreuses possibilite\u0301s pour les organisations qui souhaitent e\u0301tendre leurs frontie\u0300res. Le de\u0301veloppement des applications collaboratives et des outils de communication a\u0300 distance permet aux organisations de de\u0301velopper des projets transversaux impliquant de multiples acteurs. La digitalisation est, ainsi, a\u0300 l\u2019origine de nouvelles pratiques manage\u0301riales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019augmentation des incertitudes ine\u0301dites et auxquelles les organisations ne sont pas suffisamment pre\u0301pare\u0301es est un autre de\u0301fi pour le management. L\u2019adaptation ne\u0301cessite un renouveau tant des the\u0301ories que des pratiques de management des organisations quelles qu\u2019en soient la taille et la nature.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En regroupant chercheurs appartenant a\u0300 diffe\u0301rentes disciplines, la journe\u0301e d\u2019e\u0301tude mettra au c\u0153ur des de\u0301bats les re\u0301flexions, les pratiques et les enjeux lie\u0301s a\u0300 ce nouveau contexte socio-e\u0301conomique. La journe\u0301e sera e\u0301galement l\u2019occasion de de\u0301battre des diffe\u0301rents aspects du management comme discipline de formation et comme champ de recherche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette journe\u0301e d\u2019e\u0301tude, organise\u0301e par le laboratoire d\u2019innovation en management et en inge\u0301nierie pour l\u2019entreprise, s\u2019est fixe\u0301e deux principaux objectifs :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engager un de\u0301bat sur les dimensions the\u0301oriques, cognitives et pratiques du management ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faire e\u0301merger des the\u0301matiques de recherche re\u0301pondant aux spe\u0301cificite\u0301s du contexte et des organisations au Maroc et ailleurs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Axes retenus pour la journe\u0301e d\u2019e\u0301tude :<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Management : e\u0301volution des connaissances et contextes d\u2019application ; 2.
